Aufgaben
  • Ensure the availability of the entire product portfolio of implants & disposables: initiation and coordination of all necessary activities to maintain the availability, the conformity, and the competitiveness of the products in all markets (DE, FR, UK, US & CN), e.g. in case of changed regulatory requirements, quality-relevant data and events or material changes

  • Definition and steering of budget in alignment with all relevant stakeholders such as the Strategic Business Units and Business Sectors, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management

  • Design and implementation of integrated management of the LCM programs and project landscape, including budget and resource requirements

  • Management and coordination of respective programs and projects through governance rules, standards and processes, methodologies and tools

  • Coaching and development of team members to maximize their potential, attract and retain potentials in the company

  • Act as a role model; develop, coach and trust employees


Profil
  • University degree in business management or engineering

  • Several years of relevant experience in LCM and Project Management preferably in medical device or other regulated industries

  • Proven project management skills with strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • In-depth understanding of business operations

  • Fluent English skills required

  • Willingness to travel
