As one of our Sales in RICOMA Europe GmbH, you'll embark on an exciting journey to become an expert in our wide range of innovative products and the ever-evolving apparel decoration industry. With your unwavering dedication, you'll establish relationships with our ever-growing clientele providing value and insight to the prospect at every step and interaction.

Working hours: 40 hours/week

Working place: 63110 Rodgau (close to Frankfurt am Main)


Aufgaben
  • Develop European customers and distributors through multiple channels (embroidery machines, DTG/ DTF)
  • Maintain the existing customers and distributors
  • Manage the sales process from end to end: client discovery through negotiation and closing
  • Adjust content of sales proposals, presentations, and other relevant materials to suit specific client needs
  • Keep internal CRM up-to-date and record various interactions to allow proper follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Demonstrate the usage of our products at tradeshows or virtual demos to guide customers in the research and decision-making process
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results, competitive developments, and client feedback
  • All other duties as assigned.

Profil
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to establish a rapport and connection with new leads to close transactions, follow up with existing leads in the pipeline, and maintain relationships with established accounts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to client questions
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience for textile related machinery is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
  • English proficiency is a must, while an extra European language proficiency is a plus.
