You will organize and deliver initial user training, including presentations, wet labs and hands-on sessions throughout the region

You will provide clinical application support in close cooperation with local partners and enable our Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) to achieve excellent clinical outcomes

You will implement guidelines and onboarding processes developed by the headquarters at country level and coordinate and monitor their execution

You will ensure consistent tracking and reporting of regional KPIs, particularly procedure volumes, device utilization and procedure adoption

You will help increase procedure volumes by optimizing device utilization in collaboration with all relevant Refractive stakeholders

You will provide regular feedback and transparent reporting on the status and quality of application support across the region

You will collaborate closely with Refractive Sales, Service and PDC Managers and support regional events, trade shows and product demonstrations

You will support the CAS certification process by training and mentoring new Clinical Application Specialists and monitoring their certification progress

You hold a university degree in medical engineering, optometry, ophthalmology, physics, healthcare or a comparable field

You bring at least several years of experience in clinical application support and user training for ZEISS refractive laser systems

You have a strong customer focus and the ability to understand and respond to different clinical and business needs

You can communicate complex clinical and technical information clearly and confidently to different audiences

You demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, training and reporting skills.

You are a fast learner and confidently navigate complex business environments and stakeholder structures

You are fluent in English; additional language skills, particularly Arabic or French, are an advantage

You are willing to travel frequently within the region and internationally
